Bankruptcy Cases
Bankruptcy cases are paid using flat fees. Attorney fees start at $2,000 and go up depending on the complexity of the case (expenses are always the responsibility of the client). Flat fees are paid at the start of legal representation and are held in a client trust account. As the attorney completes work on the case payment is transferred from the client trust account to the attorney.
CAVC Appeals
CAVA Appeals are paid on a contingency basis through the EAJA process. There Is no charge to clients. The Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA) allows the government to pay attorney fees and costs to successful litigants in federal court cases against the government.
Veterans Disability Appeals
Disability Appeals at the VA regional office and the Board of Veterans' Appeals are paid on a contingency basis at 20% of the past due benefit award. The client only pays attorney fees If the appeal Is successful (expenses are always the responsibility of the client).
I charge a flat fee for services provided to other attorneys. My fees range from $75 per hour to $150 per hour depending on the work and support needed in the case.
